Welcome to Kishi (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of shopkishi.com (“Website”) and the purchase of products from us.

By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18+ or using the Website under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

2. Product Information

We take every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, actual product appearance may slightly vary due to your device’s screen settings.
All product dimensions mentioned are approximate.
Our jewellery is anti-tarnish and skin-safe. However, proper care extends its life. Refer to our [Care Instructions] page for details.
Earrings are a hygiene-sensitive product. For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on earrings (see our Return & Refund Policy for full details).

3. Pricing & Payment

Price changes	We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Your order is charged at the price at the time of purchase
Payment methods	Online: Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking). COD: Cash on Delivery (availability depends on pin code)
Payment security	Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details
Pricing errors	If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order. You will receive a full refund in such cases

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we ship the product and send a confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspicion of fraud, or inability to deliver to your pin code.
If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and charges are detailed in our [Shipping & Delivery Policy].
We deliver across India. Pin code serviceability is confirmed at checkout.
We are not liable for delays caused by: courier partner operational issues, force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns), or incorrect/incomplete address provided by you.
For COD orders: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make payment. Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for your future orders.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Governed by our [Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms. Key points:

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery (excluding earrings, at our discretion, for hygiene reasons)
Product must be unused, with original packaging
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
COD orders: refunds are processed to your bank account/UPI, not as cash

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on this Website — brand name “Kishi”, logo, product images, designs, website layout, written content, and our anti-tarnish testing content formats — is owned by us and protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Use our product images or content for commercial purposes without written permission
Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our Website
Claim our products or designs as your own

Tagging us on social media is encouraged. Selling using our images is not.

8. User Conduct

When interacting with our Website, social media, or WhatsApp, you agree NOT to:

Provide false or misleading information
Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
Harass our team or other customers
Attempt to breach our Website’s security

We reserve the right to block or restrict access to anyone violating these Terms.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for anything that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
