What metal is used in Kishi jewellery?
We use 316L stainless steel or premium brass as the base metal. Both are nickel-free, lead-free, and skin-safe.
Is it really anti-tarnish?
Yes. Every batch is treated with anti-tarnish coating at minimum 1-2 micron plating. We test our products and post the results on Instagram — check our Tarnish Test Reels.
Will it turn green on my skin?
No. Our jewellery is nickel-free and uses skin-safe base metals. No cheap alloys that cause the green stain. If you do experience any reaction (rare), contact us immediately.
Can I wear it in water? Shower? Gym?

How long does the plating last?
With proper care, 6-12 months of regular wear. Avoid harsh chemicals and store in a dry place to extend life.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes — if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. We process orders within 24 hours, so email shopkishi.com@gmail.com immediately. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can return after delivery.

Yes. Pin code serviceability is confirmed at checkout. If we can’t deliver to your pin code, contact us and we’ll check alternate options.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused, unworn, with original packaging. Free reverse pickup provided.
I received a damaged product. What do I do?
Send clear photos/video to shopkishi.com@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram within 48 hours. We’ll arrange free replacement or full refund.

How do I know the right size?

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We photograph all products in natural light with minimal editing. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen.
Are the products exactly as shown?
Yes. What you see is what you get. No misleading styling tricks.
